Reality star Kim Kardashian has sure been involved in her fair share of controversies so it’s refreshing to see netizens abuzz with something not-so-serious about the star: her food preferences.
Unusual Dip
Apparently, the 39-year-old dips her McDonald’s chicken nuggets in honey. Yes, not honey mustard, as she also clarified, plain honey. And it’s the only way to eat them for her, too, as she said in a tweet (pictured above).
Since the star’s McDonald’s typical order was revealed in the ‘Famous Orders’ commercial at the recent Super Bowl, people on Twitter have expressed what they thought of Kardashian’s nugget-eating habits.
Battling Sentiments
A lot of netizens backed Kardashian’s love for honey-dipped nuggets. One poster even thanked the celebrity and shared how other people find the food combination weird while it’s ‘literally’ the best. Another netizen tweeted that only ‘supremes’ know that chicken and honey go well together.
Not everyone agrees though. There were others who expressed concern for the food combination with one even asking those who love it if they’re from another planet. One simply tweeted, ‘not honey sis’.
But Kardashian’s controversial culinary opinions didn’t stop there. She also shared how she hates honey mustard.
McDonald’s Orders
Among the other people featured in the McDonald’s commercial is Kardashian’s husband Kanye West. The rapper’s typical order reportedly consists of a McFlurry, small fries, and some chicken nuggets. His was accompanied by the more standard BBQ sauce though.
The public was also shown what McDonald’s treats celebrities and athletes like comedian Whoopi Goldberg, ‘Stranger Things’ actress Millie Bobby Brown, ex-Lakers player Magic Johnson, and Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce, who played at the actual football championships. The selection didn’t end at real people though. The commercial even imagined what fictional characters like the Hamburglar and Dracula. As expected, the former had quite a few extra patties on his tray while the famous vampire’s featured a couple of ketchup packets.
