The new Hollywood is all about the vegan lifestyle – and we all know what happens when something trends in Hollywood. Since many influential names are all about plant-based lifestyles, fans are increasingly inspired to give veganism a try. From actors, to musicians, to entertainers, we're looking at five celebrities who fully endorse the vegan diet. Plus, have you ever wondered what Hollywood’s crème-de-la-crop craves the most? We're bringing you all the tea, so strap on, and prepare to be shocked.

Zac Efron

Zac Efron is all about a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, evident from the drastic changes he has made recently. While his mission started with the will to help the environment, he now speaks of how the diet changed him for the better, making him feel more energetic than ever before. He also mentions how his day doesn't start until he has his "Spark Smoothie", made from blueberries, raspberries, banana, spinach, avocado, chia seeds, almond milk, and coconut water.

Lizzo

New to the vegan scene (and Hollywood), this Grammy Award winner celebrated her 1-year veganniversary only recently. With TikTok being the new most sought-after social platform, there was no better avenue for the star to reveal her experiences of being a full-time vegan. She speaks of how much she loves exploring new plant flavors, as well as plant-based alternatives. Lizzo also regularly posts ‘What I Eat in a Day’ and ‘Nature’s Cereal’ videos.

Stevie Wonder

Being a vegan for seven long years, the legendary artist swears by the vegan diet. It’s like two birds with one stone – you can promote environmental issues while also being kind to your body. Though he isn’t very vocal about his dietary habits, Wonder takes every opportunity he can to advocate for a plant-based lifestyle and talk about how amazing he feels after making the switch.

Billie Eilish

Another seven-year-long dedicated vegan, Eilish took it upon herself to learn about the dairy and meat industries before transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle. Stationed at the forefront of vegan advocacy, Eilish makes excellent use of her platform by raising awareness on animal abuse issues. Her favorite vegan restaurants include Miami’s Love Life Café, NYC’s by CHLOE., and LA’s Cafe Gratitude.

Serena Williams
