Here’s What The Hollywood Actresses Eat For Breakfast to Give a Jumpstart to Their Day

Waking up early in the morning is not everyone's cup of tea or should we say coffee! But most health enthusiasts believe what you eat in the earlier part of the day can set the precedent for the rest of the day. While there are people who begin their day with avocado toast some others believe in beginning their day with coffee. Whatever the stunning and fit actresses do in the earlier part of the day, they always share it on their Instagram accounts giving us an idea of the extra effort they put in to stay fit and healthy.

Reese Witherspoon

How does Reese manage to look the same as she did during her Seet Home Albama days? Well, apparently because she has been having the same old green smoothie every single day! Reese had even kindly shared her green smoothie recipe and how it gives her energy to power through the day. The smoothie contains, romaine lettuce (2 heads) spinach (1/2 cup) coconut water (1/2 cup) banana (1), apple (1) pear (1), and lemon (1 whole). This keeps her satiated till 1 o'clock.

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande has gone the vegan way since 2013, and she caters to the macrobiotic diet (Japanese). A combination of oatmeal, strawberries, blueberries and other fruits is a powerful combination that can bolster your metabolism and make you feel energetic and ready to take on the day with power and enthusiasm. She has been following the diet for years now and has been getting miraculous results.

Chrissy Teigen

 Teigen had been eating eggs for breakfast for years now. She has what you can call a farmer's breakfast with two eggs, sliced avocado, turkey bacon or pork sausage, and grilled tomatoes. She looks great even after having two kids and her breakfast may have something to do with it.

Kaley Cuoco

Kaley Cuoco is a pescatarian, who believes that one should keep breakfast simple yet effective. She is also a big peanut butter fan and smears her toast with generous helpings of peanut butter. It's simple but oh-so-satisfying. There are very few people in this world who have not succumbed to the charms of a big jar of peanut butter. The only con, you cannot stop at one spoonful.

Rihanna has been following the eggs-only breakfast for years now. Well, if it is working why should you mess up with your breakfast routine?  Also, eggs are chock-a-block with nutrients, especially protein. She usually begins her day with hard-boiled eggs, a slice of bread, and a mix of berries.

Gabrielle Union

Gabrielle Union's personal chef Richard Ingraham has revealed quite a bit about what she eats and what makes her look so good even after so many days in showbiz. Her breakfast includes whole-wheat oatmeal hotcakes that have banana toasted almonds, blueberries, and chocolate hemp seeds. The breakfast pancakes are made up of, flaxseed, whole wheat flour, and whole oats. Although it is a little hard but tastes delicious.

Jenna Dewan

The dancer/actress has gone the veganism route for more than a decade now. Jenna has been trying to eat a healthy diet for some time now and mostly stuck to a whole food diet and has been avoiding processed foods. She also abstains from eating animal-based products, such as meat, eggs, or dairy. Her diet consists of healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits,  legumes, and whole grains. She also sticks to a diet that makes her feel great. Dewan became careful about her weight in 2018 and dropped the extra weight, with a pre-made smoothie or makes one of her own.

She has Glowing Green Smoothie (Kimberly Snyder) and another smoothie that contains cod liver oil, coriander, black sesame seeds, parsley, or spirulina. She sticks to a green smoothie every morning because it contains fiber and you get to have all the veggies right in the morning. This works great for people who hate having veggies. If you are done with a major portion of veggies in the A.M smoothie you will get to have a higher percentage of veggies without having to worry.
