No More Skipping Breakfast – Try These Breakfast Hacks

There’s a pretty good reason why breakfast is touted as the most important meal of the day. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not entirely based on the fact that it is the first meal of the day–breakfast works as fuel for the body that kick-starts the metabolism process, gives your body the glucose supply it needs to boost your energy levels and provides you with the nutrients you need to tackle whatever comes your way over the course of the next few hours.

So, if your body is finally getting some food after 8-10 hours of fasting, it’d better be a good meal.

Unfortunately, many people don’t consider breakfast to be an important morning ritual and choose to skip on it. This does beg the question; why should you skip breakfast when you can quickly and easily make it at home by yourself? Check out this list for some great breakfast hacks.

1. Two-ingredient Pancakes

Who doesn’t love pancakes? They are soft, fluffy, and delicious. But getting the batter ready in time can be a tough task, so to skip the hassle, make yourself some two-ingredient pancakes. Believe it or not, all you need for this delicious meal are some bananas and eggs. Mash two bananas in a bowl before adding an egg and whisking them together–it’s as simple as that! You’ve got yourself some pancake batter.

2. Breakfast Bars

You may have heard of protein bars but get ready for what we’ve got on the menu next–breakfast bars. They are loaded with all the nutrition you need for the day squeezed into one bar. You can get these bars from the grocery store or make them at home. All you’ll need is some peanut butter, oats, and honey; mix them up real good and put them in a container to freeze.

3. Freezing Bread

Bread is an essential food item when it comes to preparing breakfast but stocking up on it every couple of days can be tiring. So, if you are a bread lover, you can stock up on it for the entire month by putting loaves of bread in your freezer. When you in the mood for some breakfast, simply take out two slices from the bag and pop them in the toaster. You don’t even have to worry about defrosting them; the toaster will do the job for you.

With these life-changing hacks, there’s no need to skip breakfast at all. Which of these hacks will you try first?
